The systems you work with, don’t care how you feel.
You know this feeling/thinking pattern:
Am I enough? Am I letting them down?
Or you literally feel worn out, stuck and
Worse - detached, unwilling to move.
Self Help also seems like a stretch. It's just ‘one more thing’
All this comes at a cost to you and your own nervous system
You may have tried the Calming app, the youtube video to ‘feel better with XYZ’
Doing all the things—but still feeling helpless
Showing up for others while running on empty
Wanting clarity, but feeling overwhelmed
This is not a you problem nor a motivation problem.
Let me reminder you again, you're working in systems that fail people.
If you want change, sorry to be frank but you are the change..
You’re holding a lot in complex systems, for young people and families who need more.
I see it. I’m in it too.
There is another space. It is for you to reconnect and reset you. You matter here!
Grounded Support is a guided and done together movement masterclass that anchors you back to the present, and prepares you gently for what you need next. No right or wrong
In joining, you will discover how simple, guided movement can:
Reorganise neural pathways in your brain
Reconnect with your body and trust it again

A Real Time Shift
Before…
She was withdrawn.
Quiet.
Holding it all in, like her system had gone offline.
After… something changed.
Her shoulders dropped.
Her breath deepened.
Her face softened.
And she said:
“I can feel the energy again… like electricity flowing.”
From shutdown…
to sensation.
From holding on…
to opening up.
Moments later, she was speaking about what’s next
ideas, possibilities, movement.
Before: disconnected, guarded, stuck
After: grounded, connected, and alive
That’s what grounding does.
It reconnects the system
and emotions and thoughts can be fathomed
and real shifts happen there and then.
A booklet with moves and activities you can do straight away for yourself and the people you work with /care for
A video series called 'PACE to Self-Regulate.

A potent and profound movement based therapy. Strengthening alignment and deep innate knowings. A calling to return home.
A feeling of deep recalibration and being supported in the most nourishing of ways. A safe space to reconnect with my body and explore new ways of being in the world.

I’m Kristi Sproates, a Developmental Educator with over 27 years’ experience working with people with disabilities/learning challenges. I work closely with families and professionals across education and therapeutic spaces.
I see what others often miss—the role of the body in how we learn, communicate, and make sense of the world.
My work goes beyond strategies and talk. I bring a grounded, body-based lens to development, helping people understand what’s really driving behaviour, focus, and connection.
Then I translate that into simple, practical ways forward that actually work in real life.
I’m known for making the complex feel clear, the overwhelming feel doable, and for bringing a sense of play, presence, and possibility into the process of change.
I hold a disability specific degree with honours, I am a full practicing member of the Developmental Educators Assosciation and a Licensed Brain Gym Instructor.
Let's get moving through, play, purpose and professional action
