Brain Gym® is globally recognised- made up of 26 easy-to-learn movements designed to balance and boost brain function.
These simple movements are designed for everyday use—anyone, anywhere, anytime—no equipment required.
Created by Dr. Paul Dennison, the '26' draws from (but not limited to): Kinesiology, Behavioral Optometry, Yoga/ Dance

Brain Gym® is not aerobic it is integrated movement that releases physical, mental, and emotional stress caused by patterns in our brain that tell it so.
The body is the first messenger, and we gently coax it to see /feel into another way of: feeling, thinking and doing.
When we talk about neural connections, what fires together, wires together.
Movement supports new connections to wire up.
No-one needs 'fixing', some developmental milestones (outdated wording), think of it as patterning; It exists or it doesn't. It's never too late to balance the brain and enjoy the flow of new learning that is our innate birthright.
