These movements are designed to calm or stimulate the brain and improve brain function. Created by Dr. Paul Dennison, the program blends elements of Yoga/Dance, Kinesiology, and Behavioral Optometry. The 26 exercises are simple - for anyone, anywhere, at any time, with no special equipment needed.
